Aceite totalmente líquido a temperatura ambiente, lo cual evita tener que calentarlo previamente, ahorrando así energía y tiempo.
Tiene mayor temperatura de fritura, como consecuencia, cumple perfectamente su función creando en los alimentos aquella costra dorada atractiva, sin que el aceite penetre en el interior de los mismos. Esto, a su vez, produce dos efectos positivos: por un lado, las frituras resultan más sanas, y por otro, reduce el gasto de aceite, lo cual redunda en la rentabilidad del producto.
No altera sabores específicos de los productos al freír y no produce olores extraños como ocurre en otros aceites del mercado.
